Responsibilities

• ▹Drive the delivery of highly available online systems supporting assessment programs
• ▹Coordinate system delivery across multiple integrated systems with cross-system dependencies
• ▹Scope and track development requirements for new features and enhancements
• ▹Coordinate gap analysis between current product capabilities and program/customer requirements
• ▹Own the technical specifications process and documents across all online systems
• ▹Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) of online systems
• ▹Triage and troubleshoot case escalations and client inquiries about system behavior
• ▹Oversee system configuration changes in coordination with technical PMs, following change control processes
• ▹Lead risk management activities with system leads, program managers, and clients
• ▹Own large-scale system deliverables involving multiple applications, including planning, impact analysis, and deployment
• ▹Maintain frequent, proactive contact with client program managers and stakeholders
