Terms of Service

1. The Provider

2. The Service

  • Browsing job listings — free, no registration required.
  • Aggregated listings: part of the inventory comes from employers' official public careers-page APIs (ATS), refreshed automatically. Applications always lead to the original poster's site; the original advertiser is responsible for the listing's content. Hungarian/English summaries are machine-generated extracts of the original text — in case of discrepancy the original posting always prevails, and the Provider accepts no liability for the accuracy of the summaries.
  • Developer profiles and applications — free for registered developers.
  • Job posting — for registered employers.
  • Salary statistics — aggregated figures computed from the salary bands actually published in listings. (User salary submission was retired in July 2026.)
  • Job-alert emails, API/MCP access, contests/bounty listing.

The Service is free for developers and will remain so. Prices and terms of paid employer services (e.g. featured listings) are shown on the /pricing page and in the pre-order summary; purchases are governed by Section 4.

3. Registration, account

  • You can register with an email address or a Google/GitHub account. Account details must be accurate.
  • Keeping login credentials confidential is the user's responsibility.
  • You may delete your account at any time; deletion removes your profile and all data not subject to statutory retention (details in the Privacy Policy).

4. Purchases, payment

  • Orders are placed electronically; payment is by card via Stripe. The Provider does not handle or store card data.
  • An electronic invoice is issued using the billing details provided.
  • Under Hungarian Gov. Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), the right of withdrawal for digital services lapses once performance begins (e.g. listing activation), to which the customer expressly consents at purchase.
  • In case of defective performance, the Provider remedies primarily by re-providing the service or refunding the fee.

5. Job-posting rules

  • Only real, open positions or genuine projects may be advertised, with lawful content and in line with equal-treatment requirements.
  • Misleading, discriminatory, unlawful or non-employment (e.g. MLM recruiting) ads are prohibited.
  • The Provider may remove infringing listings without prior notice; repeated or serious violations may lead to account suspension.
  • Reporting unlawful content / removal requests: use the Content removal form or write to info@digitaldynamics.hu with the content link and your objection — we investigate every report and remove content where justified.

6. Liability

  • The Provider is not liable for the content or currency of listings (especially aggregated ones) or for advertisers' conduct; any employment/contract is concluded between the user and the advertiser.
  • Salary statistics are indicative, based on voluntary anonymous submissions — they do not constitute advice.
  • The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and — except for damage caused intentionally or harming life, limb or health — excludes liability for loss arising from outages.

7. Intellectual property

The Service's branding, software, database structure and own content are the Provider's intellectual property. The original text of aggregated listings belongs to the respective poster. Company names and logos shown are trademarks of their owners, used solely to identify the employer — removed upon the rightsholder's request. Bulk commercial extraction (scraping) of the Service's content without permission is prohibited; official API/MCP access is described at /mcp/connect.

8. Complaints, disputes

  • Complaints: info@digitaldynamics.hu — substantive reply within 30 days.
  • Consumers may turn to the conciliation board competent for their residence, or use the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
  • These terms are governed by Hungarian law.

9. Changes

The Provider may unilaterally amend these terms; amendments take effect upon publication and apply to use after that date. The current version is always available on this page.
