Responsibilities

• ▹Take full ownership of project success from initial discovery to final delivery
• ▹Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining transparent, ongoing communication
• ▹Manage the backlog: write user stories, prioritize, and estimate together with developers and tech leads
• ▹Translate client needs into concrete product requirements together with tech leads and developers
• ▹Define and execute product strategy and project timelines
• ▹Lead Product Discovery sessions to uncover client needs
• ▹Provide status reports, identify risks early, and remove blockers

Requirements

• ▹Ability to shift between high-level product vision and project management details
• ▹Excellent professional-level English communication, written and verbal
• ▹Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• ▹General software development literacy (no coding required)
• ▹Willingness to proactively incorporate AI tools into daily work
• ▹Full-time availability and dedication
• ▹5+ years of experience in Product or Project Management in the software industry
• ▹Well-versed in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

Nice to have

• ▹Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or related certification
• ▹Experience with product design
• ▹Coding experience
