Responsibilities

• ▹Lead client projects and global cross-functional OneSix teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time and on budget within scope
• ▹Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, partnering closely with the Technical Lead
• ▹Create and maintain the delivery roadmap based on client priorities, backlog and future initiatives
• ▹Ensure client business goals are understood, success is defined and expectations are set and met
• ▹Establish clear project parameters supporting the success of internal and client team members
• ▹Develop and maintain project schedules covering activities, deliverables, tasks, sequences, work effort and resource requirements
• ▹Lead and oversee project execution, adhering to established processes and tools
• ▹Support the team in negotiating and managing project scope
• ▹Manage and mentor Project Managers
• ▹Forecast, track and manage project budgets, burn and expected revenue recognition
• ▹Ensure all project deliverables meet OneSix quality and brand standards
• ▹Plan and manage all project communications, both internal and external
• ▹Identify, review, prioritize and mitigate project risks and issues
