Responsibilities

• ▹Define project scope, objectives and key deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals
• ▹Develop detailed project roadmaps incorporating user needs, business requirements and technical feasibility
• ▹Implement and maintain Agile project management methodologies
• ▹Gather and analyze business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders
• ▹Translate business goals into functional and technical requirements for development teams
• ▹Facilitate collaboration between design, development and business teams
• ▹Validate design solutions through usability testing and user feedback analysis
• ▹Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budget and quality
• ▹Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with senior leadership (Head of PMO, COO, CEO)

Requirements

• ▹Highly skilled Senior Project Manager with strong expertise in business analysis and experience working with engineering and UI/UX teams
