Support Engineer (Managed Services)

Responsibilities

• ▹Handle support requests in a structured way, prioritize and resolve them
• ▹Analyze issues in Linux and Linux-adjacent systems, container technologies and web-based applications
• ▹Support topics such as user management, authentication, network basics, web services and client-server architectures
• ▹Troubleshoot openDesk components (groupware, file sharing, IAM)
• ▹Answer customers' technical questions and explain modern IT workplace solutions clearly

Requirements

• ▹Entry-level to solid experience in technical support or IT helpdesk
• ▹Familiarity with Linux, containers and web-based applications
• ▹Structured way of working, calm and service-oriented approach to complex issues
• ▹Willingness to continuously learn Managed Services products and technologies

Nice to have

• ▹Exposure to openDesk or similar groupware/collaboration platforms
