• ▹Resolve customers' MongoDB-related issues
• ▹Troubleshoot complex, business-critical database problems
• ▹Write blog posts and support content
• ▹Collaborate with other departments
• ▹Contribute to product strategy

Requirements

• ▹Excellent RDBMS and MongoDB knowledge
• ▹Schema design, performance tuning, index optimization
• ▹Backup solutions expertise
• ▹Replica set and sharding topologies
• ▹Linux system administration experience
• ▹Virtualization knowledge (VMware, Docker, Kubernetes)
• ▹Cloud platform knowledge (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• ▹English-language customer communication
• ▹Completed MongoDB University courses

Nice to have

• ▹Percona Backup for MongoDB experience
• ▹MongoDB Atlas experience
• ▹Basic PostgreSQL DBA skills
• ▹Monitoring tools (Nagios, Percona Monitoring Plugins)
• ▹Ansible, Puppet, or Chef experience
• ▹Python and Go programming skills
• ▹MySQL experience (2+ years)
