Responsibilities

• ▹Help customers optimize AWS database environments
• ▹Provide architectural guidance on performance, cost, and reliability
• ▹Lead complex implementations and migrations
• ▹Grow existing AWS customer accounts (performance tuning, cost optimization)
• ▹Ensure smooth transitions for customers migrating to AWS
• ▹Advise internal teams on AWS-focused product and service improvements
• ▹Collaborate with the Cloud Partnership team on co-sell and partner programs

Requirements

• ▹Deep, genuine AWS ecosystem expertise
• ▹Experience with open-source databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MariaDB)
• ▹Ability to give technically grounded, customer-first recommendations
• ▹Revenue-oriented, business-outcome-driven mindset
