▹5+ years working professionally with frontend frameworks and libraries (having built or contributed to some is a big plus)
▹Knowledge of React (Reagent) and its internals
▹Experience with ClojureScript, functional programming and immutable data structures preferred but not required
▹Deep knowledge of the weirdest parts of JavaScript, and enjoyment working with it
▹Comfort with performance profiling and debugging tools in your web browser of choice
▹Excitement about diving into a new system to understand performance bottlenecks
▹Strong communicator, equally comfortable talking with your immediate team, other frontend engineers and backend infrastructure engineers
▹Readiness to learn, but just as excited to teach
▹Understanding that the perfect solution is informed by the people who will be building on your work, not purely by technical merits

Nice to have

▹Having built or contributed to a frontend framework or library
▹Experience with ClojureScript, functional programming and immutable data structures
