Senior React Native Engineer (m/f/d) Berlin / Remote

Responsibilities

• ▹Join a small team of experienced developers building a cross-platform mobile application
• ▹Collaborate with peers to define architecture, quality standards, and best practices
• ▹Work not only on the product but also on development tools and continuous integration services
• ▹Work closely with designers in small cross-functional teams, bringing features from idea to concept to wireframes to prototype to final implementation
• ▹Work on the mobile app, frontend (Electron and web), and optionally backend projects to build simple, high-quality, maintainable, well-tested solutions

Requirements

• ▹Experienced mobile engineer with a track record of shipping high-quality React Native applications on iOS and Android
• ▹Strong knowledge of the foundations and core principles of the underlying native platforms
• ▹Comfortable debugging problems anywhere in the mobile application stack, from JavaScript to native SDKs, from UI issues to developer-tool issues
• ▹Interest in designing and creating effective user interfaces for smartphones and tablets

Nice to have

• ▹Interest in or experience with Clojure/Script
• ▹Experience writing functional UI with Reagent and re-frame
