Frontend Performance Engineer (m/f/d) Berlin / Remote

Requirements

• ▹5+ years working professionally with frontend frameworks and libraries (having built or contributed to some is a big plus)
• ▹Knowledge of React (Reagent) and its internals
• ▹Experience with ClojureScript, functional programming and immutable data structures preferred but not required
• ▹Deep knowledge of the weirdest parts of JavaScript, and enjoyment working with it
• ▹Comfort with performance profiling and debugging tools in your web browser of choice
• ▹Excitement about diving into a new system to understand performance bottlenecks
• ▹Strong communicator, equally comfortable talking with your immediate team, other frontend engineers and backend infrastructure engineers
• ▹Readiness to learn, but just as excited to teach
• ▹Understanding that the perfect solution is informed by the people who will be building on your work, not purely by technical merits

Nice to have

• ▹Having built or contributed to a frontend framework or library
