Responsibilities

• ▹Lead design strategy for the Customer Experience area, with every decision starting from the customer and delivering measurable value
• ▹Shape product direction in close partnership with Product and business leadership
• ▹Drive a Design Thinking culture: ideation, co-creation, iterative validation
• ▹Work in a Lean UX way: test early and often, adapt quickly to change
• ▹Translate research insights into design strategy that aligns stakeholders and unlocks opportunities
• ▹Map, challenge, and reimagine user journeys to find the highest-leverage moments
• ▹Generate and test forward-looking concepts
• ▹Lead concept testing and partner with Product and Data to measure real impact

Requirements

• ▹Track record of defining UX direction, not just delivering against it
• ▹Experience setting vision and building design strategy for a product area
• ▹Strong point of view and communication skills that land with peers, product leadership, and the business
• ▹Systems thinking that sees the whole experience, not just individual screens
• ▹Customer-obsessed, with a history of turning research into insight and strategy
• ▹Excellent collaborator
• ▹Mastery of design tools (Figma and beyond), design systems, and accessibility, ranging from strategy to high-fidelity execution
• ▹Contribution to design culture: mentorship, process improvement, or helping a team level up
