Lead UX Designer, AI LogoMaker – Spain, Remote

Responsibilities

• ▹Own the end-to-end AI Logomaker UX using continuous discovery to identify opportunities and validate solutions
• ▹Drive UX patterns and consistency across AI-supported digital experiences
• ▹Build deep domain expertise around small business logo and brand creation and refresh needs
• ▹Collaborate strategically with product managers, engineering, content design, UX research and data analysts
• ▹Balance long-term conceptual visioning with near-term incremental delivery
• ▹Lead adoption of user-centered design principles across the organization
• ▹Leverage and scale Vista's central design system

Requirements

• ▹5+ years designing impactful digital products, preferably in B2C e-commerce and/or design software
• ▹4+ years working with cross-functional product, engineering, design, content and research teams
• ▹Proficiency with Figma and AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code, Figma Make or Cursor
• ▹Strong portfolio with multiple comprehensive case studies showing clear business impact
• ▹Deep understanding of visual design fundamentals: typography, layout hierarchy, color theory
