Responsibilities

• ▹Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to production
• ▹Transform product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces
• ▹Design intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, and investment products
• ▹Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components
• ▹Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation
• ▹Improve usability through rapid iteration using product data and user feedback
• ▹Maintain consistency across mobile and web experiences

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience designing digital products
• ▹Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and excellent visual design
• ▹Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping
• ▹Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design
• ▹Strong understanding of information architecture and user flows
• ▹Excellent visual design skills (typography, layout, interaction design)
