Senior UX/UI Designer

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design high-converting landing pages, signup entry points and activation moments
• ▹Build production-ready visual assets and specs in Figma
• ▹Craft detailed user flows, edge cases, error states and logic maps
• ▹Design tailored user journeys based on visitor intent
• ▹Expand the organizational design system with reusable components and design tokens
• ▹Apply Product-Led Growth frameworks
• ▹Run rapid qualitative and quantitative research and usability tests
• ▹Partner daily with Growth Product Managers, marketers and copywriters

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience across both disciplines
• ▹Deep, hands-on experience designing digital products (SaaS, apps), ideally with web design experience
• ▹Ability to own a project end-to-end without a separate UX or visual design team

Nice to have

• ▹SaaS experience: subscription funnels, trial flows, activation metrics
