AI Product Builder (Remote)

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Build and ship internal tools and user-facing apps using vibe coding platforms
• ▹Discover use cases by talking to users and identifying pain points
• ▹Iterate fast in short cycles, testing and learning without waiting for perfection
• ▹Collaborate with a Tech Lead to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and production-ready
• ▹Own the go-to-market of shipped apps: naming, positioning, rollout, adoption, feedback loops

Requirements

• ▹1-3 years of experience in a Product, builder, or technical role
• ▹Demonstrated ability to build and launch digital products or tools
• ▹Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and no-code/low-code or vibe coding environments
• ▹Exposure to agile or lean product methods
• ▹Excellent English (C1 level minimum)

Nice to have

• ▹Startup experience
• ▹Knowledge of the CX and BPO industry
• ▹Experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments
• ▹French or Spanish language skills
• ▹Degree in Computer Science, Design, Business, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
