Foundever's AI team is hiring a fullstack technical lead to drive development of AI-driven web applications with a Python/FastAPI backend, collaborating with data, ML and DevOps engineers as well as UX/UI designers.
Responsibilities
- ▹Lead a diverse, high-performing engineering team
- ▹Build systems and tools that increase deployment velocity
- ▹Contribute clean, tested, scalable code
- ▹Collaborate with data, ML and DevOps engineers
- ▹Collaborate with UX/UI designers in Figma
- ▹Develop APIs for frontend-backend communication
- ▹Monitor application performance and usage
Requirements
- ▹5+ years of software development experience with AI/LLM systems
- ▹Python (FastAPI) programming skills
- ▹Proven experience with scalable web applications using modern frameworks
- ▹Leadership experience
- ▹Ability to work in a fast-paced, shifting-priority environment
