Responsibilities

• ▹Lead discovery with stakeholders to map out requirements
• ▹Design and propose modular conversation solutions and UX-oriented flows
• ▹Build, test, and optimize conversations through prompt engineering
• ▹Analyze interaction logs and performance data
• ▹Guard quality of AI behavior through rigorous testing and review
• ▹Contribute to architecture and build a library of reusable components

Requirements

• ▹Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead client-facing workshops
• ▹Expertise in natural dialogue design and persona-driven writing
• ▹Deep understanding of prompt engineering (LLMs); strong logical reasoning; comfort with JSON/YAML configs
• ▹Analytical rigor interpreting conversation data
• ▹Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ticket-based workflows
