Responsibilities

• ▹Oversee the development team across feature development and support activities, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
• ▹Collaborate with BAs and Client Services to prioritize tasks effectively.
• ▹Track key performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, identifying risks and opportunities.
• ▹Regularly enhance project management processes, implement effective tools, and run retrospectives to drive team efficiency.
• ▹Manage ongoing support and maintenance of client platforms, ensuring quick issue resolution and high client satisfaction.

Requirements

• ▹3+ years in project management, particularly in software development.
• ▹Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• ▹Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence, adaptability to fast-paced environments.
• ▹Fluent English.

Nice to have

• ▹Experience as a BA, QA, or developer.
