Responsibilities

• ▹Serve as a product expert across multiple products
• ▹Develop in-depth conceptual and technical knowledge of the Rocket product line
• ▹Deliver technical presentations and training
• ▹Provide best-practices guidance and technical expertise during installation and implementation
• ▹Act as liaison between Support, the Lab, and customers
• ▹Deliver consulting services to implement detailed customer requirements
• ▹Share customer feedback with product management
• ▹Review existing customer implementations against best practices
• ▹Train the partner community on pre- and post-sales tasks

Requirements

• ▹8+ years in a related Information Technology position
• ▹5+ years of project management, consulting, or team lead experience
• ▹5+ years of development, application lifecycle, or change management experience
