Responsibilities

• ▹Participate in SAP Convergent Mediation implementation, support, testing, and enhancement activities
• ▹Learn how SAP Convergent Mediation collects, validates, transforms, enriches, aggregates, and distributes data
• ▹Assist in documenting source-system formats, target-system requirements, and mapping/validation rules
• ▹Support configuration and testing of mediation workflows, collection processes, transformation steps, and routing logic
• ▹Assist with processing XML, JSON, CSV, fixed-length files, database records, and APIs
• ▹Support analysis of usage records, event records, and transaction files
• ▹Help identify duplicate, invalid, incomplete, or incorrectly transformed records
• ▹Participate in unit, integration, volume, reconciliation, and regression testing
• ▹Prepare test cases, test data, and defect documentation
• ▹Support monitoring and troubleshooting of mediation workflows and file-processing errors
• ▹Support reconciliation between source systems, SAP Convergent Mediation, SAP Convergent Charging, and downstream systems
• ▹Collaborate with charging consultants, integration developers, database specialists, and infrastructure teams
• ▹Participate in requirement workshops, technical-design sessions, and sprint planning
• ▹Maintain interface specifications, mapping documents, and operational procedures
• ▹Complete SAP Convergent Mediation learning paths and technical training

Requirements

• ▹0-2 years of professional experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply
• ▹Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Data Engineering, or related field
• ▹Basic knowledge of data processing, file handling, databases, system interfaces, or integration concepts
• ▹Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
• ▹Ability to understand data structures and identify inconsistencies
• ▹Business proficiency in English
• ▹Strong written and verbal communication skills
• ▹Ability to work independently while collaborating with functional and technical teams

Nice to have

• ▹Academic, internship, or project exposure to Java, SQL, Linux, XML, JSON, CSV, REST APIs, SOAP services, or scripting
• ▹Basic knowledge of telecommunications usage records, utility meter readings, digital-service events, IoT data, or transaction records
• ▹Familiarity with SAP technologies, integration platforms, middleware, or mediation tools
• ▹Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
