Responsibilities

• ▹Provide support and guidance to users in the WMS and business systems
• ▹Troubleshoot, analyse and solve system-related problems
• ▹Improve and develop processes related to warehouse and logistics
• ▹Take part in testing, upgrades and implementation of system changes
• ▹Contribute training and knowledge transfer to the business
• ▹Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective system solutions
• ▹Manage and develop the warehouse and business systems

Requirements

• ▹Experience working in business systems, ERP systems or WMS
• ▹Good system understanding and interest in IT and digital solutions
• ▹Good Swedish and English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience from logistics, warehousing, supply chain or similar operations
• ▹Experience with SAP or a similar business system
