Platform Specialist (Ivalua)

Responsibilities

• ▹Ivalua configuration: configure new features, implement enhancements and translate business requirements into scalable Ivalua solutions
• ▹Release planning: develop and maintain release schedules for digital products and platforms, coordinate with product and platform leaders
• ▹Coordination and collaboration: act as the primary liaison between development, testing, operations and product teams
• ▹Quality assurance: ensure releases meet quality and performance standards, oversee testing and validation
• ▹Risk management: identify risks that could affect the release schedule or quality and develop mitigation strategies
• ▹Deployment management: manage staging, rollback procedures and production deployment according to best practices
• ▹Documentation and reporting on release processes, timelines and outcomes
• ▹Process improvement: continuously assess and improve release management processes and implement automation tools
• ▹Compliance and governance: ensure release activities comply with policies, standards and regulations, and maintain audit trails
• ▹Customer communication: inform end-users about upcoming releases, new features and potential downtime
• ▹Post-release support: monitor performance and impact, address issues after release and coordinate incident management during hypercare
• ▹Learn from incidents and gather stakeholder feedback to refine future release processes

Requirements

• ▹Strong experience in Ivalua configuration and understanding of the Ivalua environment
• ▹Strong experience in release and environment management
• ▹Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• ▹Understanding of middleware
• ▹Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management methodologies and tools
• ▹Experience with or knowledge of platform infrastructure, including deployment and migration strategies
• ▹Experience or knowledge of managing SaaS platforms (e.g. Ivalua, SAP)
• ▹Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro)
• ▹Ability to identify, assess and mitigate risks associated with digital releases
• ▹Skills in resource planning and allocation
• ▹Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams
• ▹Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues in the release process
• ▹Meticulousness in managing all details of the release process
