Test Lead SAP S/4HANA Service

Responsibilities

• ▹Build the test organization, planning and ways of working for Service, in line with the program's overall test approach
• ▹Identify critical business scenarios with process owners and turn them into test cases and test coverage
• ▹Ensure traceability between business requirements, processes, scenarios and test results
• ▹Plan and coordinate integration testing and UAT with the business, IT and key users
• ▹Drive defect management, prioritization, follow-up and escalation, and report on quality status and risks
• ▹Coordinate dependencies on data migration, process design and training

Requirements

• ▹Extensive experience in test management in large system implementations or transformation programs
• ▹SAP experience and an understanding of how business processes, data and integrations affect testing
• ▹Understanding of S/4HANA and template-based rollouts
• ▹Ability to turn business needs into test scenarios and create structure in a cross-functional team
• ▹Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and communicating status, dependencies and quality risks
• ▹Very good English, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of service processes in SAP, especially service orders, service contracts, maintenance or repair
• ▹Experience of integration testing and UAT in large SAP programs
