Service Contracts Solutions Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Work with the vision, roadmap, backlog and priorities for the Service Contracts solutions
• ▹Identify and analyze business needs and market opportunities
• ▹Translate business needs into clear requirements and solutions together with IT and other stakeholders
• ▹Take part in prioritization of scope, timeline, investments and development efforts
• ▹Create alignment between markets, sales organizations, central functions and IT
• ▹Follow solutions through the whole lifecycle, from concept and development to validation, implementation and further development
• ▹Ensure delivered solutions meet the agreed requirements and the needs of the business
• ▹Identify improvement opportunities and help develop ways of working, processes and digital solutions
• ▹Understand how new technologies and electrification affect future Service Contracts solutions

Requirements

• ▹Around 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, such as solution management, product ownership, business development, business analysis or digital transformation
• ▹Experience driving initiatives from idea or need to implementation
• ▹Experience working cross-functionally and coordinating different stakeholders
• ▹Good analytical and structured skills and experience with prioritization and planning
• ▹Experience working in agile environments
• ▹Understanding of complex system landscapes and digital solutions
• ▹Good communication skills and very good English, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Service Contracts, aftermarket or similar service offerings
• ▹Experience from the automotive, transport or industrial sector
• ▹Experience with digital transformation, product development or business development
• ▹Knowledge of IBMi, Java, Azure, SAP, Business Objects or Power BI
• ▹Experience with electrification or new digital business models
