Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities
• ▹Build and maintain dashboards, reports and visualizations
• ▹Work with stakeholders to translate business questions into reporting and analytics solutions
• ▹Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform and analyze data from multiple sources
• ▹Define and track key business metrics and KPIs
• ▹Validate data and help ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability across reports
• ▹Communicate findings and insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• ▹Collaborate with data, engineering, product and business teams

Requirements

• ▹Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or a similar analytical role
• ▹Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
• ▹Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ▹Ability to translate business requirements into metrics, dashboards and reports
• ▹Good understanding of data modeling and reporting concepts
• ▹Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• ▹Clear communication skills
• ▹Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery
• ▹Familiarity with Python or other data analysis tools
• ▹Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
• ▹Familiarity with modern data warehousing and analytics practices
