Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and implement solutions using Azure or AWS services (AKS/ECS, Container Apps/Fargate, Blob Storage/S3, Document Intelligence/Textract, App Service/EC2)
• ▹Full-stack development in TypeScript and Python with NextJS, FastAPI, LangGraph, caches, message queues, relational and non-relational databases, and CI/CD pipelines
• ▹Create resilient, secure, and performance-optimized applications
• ▹Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to turn abstract ideas into functional solutions
• ▹Explore new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to stay at the forefront of AI and software engineering
• ▹Lead multiple teams: advise, facilitate, scope, estimate, and drive customer conversations
• ▹Kick off projects and own their technical delivery end to end
• ▹Support multiple projects concurrently under competing priorities
• ▹Work with recruiting to assess, interview, and score candidates

Requirements

• ▹Proven software engineering expertise in TypeScript and/or Python, front- and back-end
• ▹Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure
• ▹Strong grasp of modern development practices: containerization, CI/CD, API design
• ▹Demonstrated ability to design secure, scalable, and maintainable systems

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and other AI libraries or tools, plus RAG, agentic patterns, and workflow orchestration
• ▹Formal training in engineering disciplines
• ▹Understanding of AI SDLC
• ▹Experience leading small teams
• ▹Familiarity with observability platforms like DataDog or NewRelic
