Responsibilities

▹Analyze large datasets to identify trends and anomalies
▹Perform exploratory and descriptive analytics for decisions
▹Develop KPIs and performance metrics
▹Design and build dashboards and reports (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
▹Automate recurring reporting
▹Translate data findings into business recommendations
▹Collaborate with stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Operations)
▹Support strategic planning, forecasting and budgeting

Requirements

▹2+ years in BI, Data Analysis or related field
▹Proven experience building dashboards and reports
▹Strong SQL (complex joins, aggregations, CTEs)
▹Experience with Tableau and Power BI
▹Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes
▹Solid Excel/Sheets skills for quick analysis
▹English B2+ level

Nice to have

▹Familiarity with Python/R
▹Familiarity with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
