Responsibilities

• ▹Collect, analyze and interpret data from multiple sources (app, CRM, marketing platforms, financial systems)
• ▹Write and optimize MySQL and PostgreSQL queries to extract, clean and manipulate large datasets
• ▹Use BigQuery for large-scale data analysis and cloud-based data warehousing
• ▹Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Metabase to visualize key metrics
• ▹Conduct cohort analysis, user segmentation and retention studies
• ▹Support A/B testing and growth experiments with statistical insights
• ▹Work with Product and Engineering teams to define data-tracking requirements and ensure data accuracy
• ▹Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, structured way

Requirements

• ▹University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related field
• ▹2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst (fintech or product analytics experience preferred)
• ▹Strong proficiency in SQL / MySQL
• ▹Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• ▹Understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing and data modeling
• ▹Analytical mindset, attention to detail and strong communication skills
• ▹Fluency in English (written and spoken)
