Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the research, discovery, and full-cycle development of ML solutions for the Cint Exchange
• ▹Develop a comprehensive, predictive understanding of marketplace dynamics (price elasticity, supply/demand balance)
• ▹Independently carry out project planning, development, and maintenance with minimal supervision
• ▹Analyze large, diverse datasets to guide product and pricing strategy
• ▹Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Commercial, Operations, Finance)
• ▹Apply advanced statistical and machine learning methods to complex business problems
• ▹Conduct exploratory analyses and lead A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses
• ▹Create clear, effective visualizations and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 3+ years of Data Science experience
• ▹Master's degree in Statistics, Quantitative Sciences, Data Science, Operations Research, or a related field
• ▹Strong ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret large, complex datasets independently
• ▹Deep understanding of advanced statistical techniques (hypothesis testing, experimental design, regression/predictive modeling, causal inference, A/B testing)
• ▹Solid knowledge of core ML techniques (clustering, regression, decision trees, neural networks)
• ▹Proficiency in Python (statistical and ML tools) and SQL (large-scale databases)
• ▹Comfortable researching and adopting new methods and tools

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in marketplace dynamics, matching algorithms, or supply/demand optimization
• ▹Familiarity with financial datasets and commercial forecasting
• ▹Familiarity with web-analytics tools and optimizing user interfaces
• ▹Experience with survey exchange platforms or online market research
