Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Work on classification and forecasting use cases: problem framing, data prep, model development
• ▹Explore and clean data, perform EDA to flag data quality issues
• ▹Engineer features for tabular and time-series data
• ▹Train, validate, and tune standard ML models
• ▹Evaluate models against business KPI impact
• ▹Build visualizations and reports for business stakeholders
• ▹Collaborate with data engineers to bring models into production

Requirements

• ▹Commercial experience with classical data science/ML models (decision trees, ensemble methods, linear regression)
• ▹Knowledge of customer analytics or advanced forecasting concepts
• ▹Familiarity with hyperparameter tuning and model validation frameworks
• ▹Fluency in Python, basic working knowledge of SQL
• ▹Knowledge of DS/ML libraries
• ▹Experience with a cloud platform (Databricks, GCP, or Azure)

Nice to have

• ▹Understanding of causal machine learning
• ▹Experience with big data and distributed environments
• ▹OOP experience in Python
• ▹MLOps experience
• ▹Familiarity with R or Scala
