Data Scientist (Generative AI)

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Build GenAI applications (chatbots, voicebots, Talk-to-Data systems)
• ▹Design RAG pipelines with vector databases and hybrid search
• ▹Perform model selection, prompting strategies, and fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA/SFT)
• ▹Integrate LLMs with external tools and data sources via MCP connectors
• ▹Translate business problems into technical goals
• ▹Support pre-sales activities

Requirements

• ▹Theoretical familiarity with deep learning concepts
• ▹Experience with Machine Learning, especially Generative AI/NLP
• ▹Fluency in Python and OOP, working knowledge of SQL and vector databases
• ▹Strong background in Azure or GCP cloud
• ▹Knowledge of PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, LangGraph, and GenAI APIs (OpenAI/Gemini)
• ▹Hands-on experience designing or operating MCP servers/clients

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Databricks
• ▹Proven commercial projects in Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision
• ▹Experience with microservice architectures
• ▹Experience mentoring junior colleagues
