Responsibilities

• ▹Support, configure and further develop SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Employee Central
• ▹Analyze, maintain and optimize integrations with connected systems, supporting monitoring
• ▹Gather and align business and technical requirements with stakeholders
• ▹Contribute to the design and implementation of solutions, considering architecture, security and compliance guidelines
• ▹Create, customize and maintain integration scenarios in SAP Cloud Integration
• ▹Support HR process optimization and integration of existing SAP HCM solutions
• ▹Contribute to transformation and implementation projects, taking ownership of work packages
• ▹Work closely with HR, internal IT teams and external partners

Requirements

• ▹Early-career to several years of professional experience in SAP or HR-IT
• ▹Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with exposure to Employee Central
• ▹Experience with SAP HCM or other HR systems is a plus
• ▹Basic knowledge of integration scenarios, interfaces or cloud technologies
• ▹Initial experience with SAP BTP or SAP Cloud Integration is a plus
• ▹Analytical thinking, initiative and a structured way of working
• ▹Fluent German and good English
