Staff Software Engineer - Full Stack

Staff Software Engineer role building and scaling the B2B agency portal that connects senior living and home care providers with families, working across React/TypeScript, .NET services, and Python data pipelines, with LLMs as a core part of daily engineering work.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and continuously deploy features across the stack: React/TypeScript front ends, .NET services and APIs, and the underlying data pipelines
  • Build partner-facing experiences in Grace for referral management, community profiles, and reporting
  • Use AI coding agents as a core part of daily workflow: scoping work, reviewing and hardening output, building context, prompts, and tooling for reliable agentic development
  • Apply LLMs to product and data problems (extraction from unstructured provider records, classification, matching, summarization) with evaluation harnesses and guardrails
  • Collaborate with leads on cloud-native, service-oriented components and APIs
  • Champion quality engineering practices: linting, unit/integration/e2e testing, pipeline automation
  • Peer review code, suggest optimizations, create reference implementations
  • Help define engineering best practices including AI tooling adoption and governance, provide technical mentorship
  • Investigate and resolve production issues end to end
  • Partner with product and project managers on delivery

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a strategic technical leader designing, building and supporting production systems
  • Hands-on, outcome-oriented engineer comfortable owning a problem from database to browser
  • Experience with messy, real-world data problems and B2B workflows
  • Fluent use of AI coding and agentic tools as a core part of daily work
  • Strong communication skills, ability to partner closely with product and design
  • Experience across React/TypeScript, .NET, Python, and data pipeline technologies (AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, SQL)
