Responsibilities

• ▹Own how Headway runs experiments across the company
• ▹Design and build core experimentation primitives: how users are assigned to experiments, how the system records what someone actually saw, and how the same person is recognized across devices and between anonymous browsing and being signed in
• ▹Decide what Headway's long-term experimentation and feature flagging stack should be, evaluating the current LaunchDarkly and Statsig setup
