Responsibilities

• ▹Develop, test and deploy code for prototypes and new product features
• ▹Collaborate with team members on technical challenges
• ▹Participate in code reviews, documentation and knowledge sharing
• ▹Experiment with modern tools, frameworks and emerging technologies
• ▹At Staff level: design and build new product ideas with cross-functional partners

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• ▹Senior: 3+ years, Staff: 5+ years professional full stack development experience
• ▹Proficiency in at least one language (JavaScript, Python, Java)
• ▹Front-end (React, Angular) and/or back-end (Node.js, Springboot) experience
• ▹Understanding of database fundamentals (SQL or NoSQL)
• ▹Agentic coding operating model, effective use of MCP/LLMs for AI-assisted development
• ▹Ability to deal with ambiguity and solve problems independently

Nice to have

• ▹Exposure to AI or machine learning projects
• ▹Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and distributed systems
• ▹Contributions to open source or tech community projects
• ▹Experience in remote or globally distributed teams
