Responsibilities

• ▹Simulate, characterize, and calibrate sensor performance and design new data acquisition systems
• ▹Work with vendors and partners to build hardware and deploy it in the field
• ▹Build models applying scientific computing, statistical, and physics-based methods to predict ore-grade mineralization in 2D and 3D
• ▹Help build a worldwide dataset underlying the exploration program, quantifying uncertainty in the data and predictions
• ▹Create software to accelerate discovery of critical battery metals
• ▹Work with geoscience colleagues to incorporate understanding of the chemical and physical processes that create ore deposits
• ▹Identify new opportunities and technologies for geophysical data collection
• ▹Create 2D and 3D geologic predictions and identify exploration targets
• ▹Design field programs to collect data and reduce uncertainty in predictions
