• ▹Personal 1:1 video calls: address learner questions on course content and projects, after reviewing their previous submissions
• ▹Technical deep-dive sessions: present a concept or project rubric with slides, use cases and Q&A
• ▹Host regular group Q&A sessions via Slack or video on projects and coursework

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of proven expertise in the relevant field
• ▹A passion for mentoring
• ▹Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• ▹Deep understanding of the tech industry and AI trends
• ▹Flexibility to work part-time as an external contractor
• ▹Claude ecosystem: Claude API, Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK, Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• ▹Agentic AI development: AI agents, multi-agent systems, orchestration, tool calling, workflow design
• ▹Prompt and context engineering, structured outputs (JSON Schema), AI validation
• ▹Python (required), REST APIs, JSON, Bash/Shell scripting
• ▹System design, solution architecture, API design, code review, design patterns
• ▹SQL, data extraction, error handling, state management, human-in-the-loop workflows
• ▹Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, MCP server integration
• ▹Exposure to real-world data projects (analytics, engineering or architecture)
