Responsibilities

• ▹Design scalable ML solutions with a focus on NLP and RAG
• ▹Architect and implement RAG systems combining LLMs with retrieval
• ▹Apply advanced NLP techniques (classification, entity recognition, summarization)
• ▹Research and integrate state-of-the-art NLP models and RAG frameworks
• ▹Mentor junior team members
• ▹Build service APIs using Flask/FastAPI
• ▹Collaborate with data engineering on large-scale datasets

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience in machine learning and NLP
• ▹Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and LLMs
• ▹Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn
• ▹API development experience (Flask, FastAPI)
• ▹Experience deploying with Kubernetes/Docker
