SIS: QCG Manager (m/w/d) – B2B & Qualification

Responsibilities

• ▹Building and further developing the B2B business in the QCG context
• ▹Advising companies on funding opportunities (QCG) and qualification strategies
• ▹Developing and adapting training offers for social and pedagogical professions
• ▹Acting as the interface between companies, the employment agency and internal teams
• ▹Designing qualification measures (e.g. for daycare centers, providers, social institutions)
• ▹Steering and supporting the implementation of measures
• ▹Identifying market needs (skills shortage, upskilling, etc.)
• ▹Close collaboration with sales, marketing and course organization
• ▹Building long-term partnerships with providers and companies

Requirements

• ▹Pedagogical background (e.g. social pedagogy, educational science or similar)
• ▹Experience in the education sector, ideally with training measures
• ▹Understanding of skills-shortage topics in the social sector (daycare, schools, etc.)
• ▹Ability to work with companies on equal footing

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of QCG / labor-market funding is a big plus
