Responsibilities

• ▹Design and structure a practice-oriented curriculum in SAP ABAP programming and S/4HANA
• ▹Prepare and teach content from SAP basics (user navigation) to complex topics such as data modeling, interfaces, customizing and migration
• ▹Design modern, interactive, learner-centered courses in close coordination with the product team
• ▹Deliver SAP user trainings didactically to participants with little or no prior experience (optionally after the development phase)
• ▹Continuously update course materials in line with current SAP community standards and labor market requirements
• ▹Ensure strong practical relevance by integrating case studies from everyday SAP projects

Requirements

• ▹Completed studies or training in the field
• ▹Several years of professional experience as an SAP user or developer (ABAP, S/4HANA)
• ▹Very good knowledge of ABAP Objects and SAP S/4HANA, ideally Fiori/UI5 as well
• ▹Enjoyment in explaining complex content in an understandable and practical way
• ▹Didactic skill, patience and enthusiasm for working with people in further education
• ▹Very good German or English skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in training, knowledge transfer or curriculum design
