Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidents in production Banking systems
• ▹Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective solutions
• ▹Support stable, secure operation of production customer systems
• ▹Participate in technical escalations and critical issue resolution
• ▹Collaborate directly with customers on technical challenges
• ▹Design, develop and maintain ABAP-based corrections and enhancements
• ▹Perform impact analysis and support release and deployment activities
• ▹Create and maintain technical documentation
• ▹Mentor junior colleagues and support their development

Requirements

• ▹Experience in SAP ABAP development and operational support
• ▹Familiarity with S/4HANA and modern SAP technologies
• ▹Ability to independently resolve complex technical problems
• ▹Experience communicating directly with customers on technical matters
