Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Manage complex, cross-functional projects supporting continued development and process improvement of the organization
• ▹Manage project implementations, gather requirements, evaluate and determine objectives, goals and scope of multiple complex projects
• ▹Risk management, resource management, scope management, and stakeholder communications
• ▹Manage interdependencies between projects or programs
• ▹Network across the organization to drive initiatives, strategies, issue resolutions, and alignment
• ▹Provide ongoing communications to appropriate stakeholders
• ▹Facilitate project team effectiveness by growing team members' organizational, management, and decision-making capabilities
• ▹Identify risk areas and provide alternate strategies to leadership
• ▹Create a clear and complete handover to the department that will manage the project going forward
• ▹Organize and maintain timelines for all projects
• ▹Facilitate project meetings and prompt staff to adhere to timelines
• ▹Coordinate meetings and record minutes
• ▹Perform documentation management for all assigned projects
