Responsibilities

• ▹Structure, analyze, and present data in Excel for AI model training
• ▹Collaborate with the customer's team to understand project objectives and deliver BI solutions
• ▹Prepare, clean, and validate large datasets for accuracy and integrity
• ▹Develop and document BI workflows and processes
• ▹Translate business questions into actionable data insights
• ▹Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Excel
• ▹Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using Excel functions and add-ons

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in business intelligence or analytics, with a primary focus on Excel
• ▹Exceptional proficiency in advanced Excel features such as Power Query, PivotTables, VBA, and data modeling
• ▹Strong written and verbal communication skills
• ▹Proven ability to work independently and remotely
• ▹Solid understanding of business processes and translating requirements into technical solutions
• ▹Experience cleaning, preparing, and validating large datasets for analytics or AI training
• ▹Attention to detail and commitment to reliable outputs

Nice to have

• ▹Prior experience supporting AI, machine learning, or data science projects through BI initiatives
• ▹Background in process automation or optimization using Excel or complementary tools
• ▹Relevant certifications in business intelligence, analytics, or Excel
