Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and operational KPI reports
• ▹Build and manage automated reporting pipelines
• ▹Analyze Salesforce data and validate data quality
• ▹Identify automation opportunities using Python or low-code tools
• ▹Map and streamline business processes
• ▹Document SOPs and workflows in Confluence/SharePoint

Requirements

• ▹Practical experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards
• ▹Power BI and Excel proficiency
• ▹Knowledge of Python or low-code automation tools

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Databricks
• ▹Experience with AI-enabled automation
