Responsibilities

• ▹Build AI-powered automations across Forethought, Salesforce, and Copilot
• ▹Design workflows for auto-resolution and case enrichment
• ▹Rapidly prototype, test, and deploy automation solutions
• ▹Partner with Support, CX, and AI teams

Requirements

• ▹Foundational experience building AI workflows or automations
• ▹Exposure to APIs, scripting, or automation tools
• ▹Ability to quickly learn new technologies

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Salesforce or customer support tools
• ▹Exposure to Forethought, Microsoft Copilot or equivalent AI platforms
• ▹Familiarity with automation or low-code platforms
