Responsibilities

• ▹Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, planning, backlog refinement)
• ▹Keep meetings productive and within timebox
• ▹Collaborate closely with the Product Owner on backlog management
• ▹Coach the team and PO on incremental delivery
• ▹Track and radiate flow metrics (velocity, sprint burndown)
• ▹Champion adoption of agile standards and tools
• ▹Proactively identify and resolve impediments
• ▹Promote self-organizing teams and psychological safety
• ▹Uphold Definition of Done and quality gates
• ▹Communicate with other Scrum Masters and Product Owners across the organization

Requirements

• ▹University degree and at least 8 years of IT professional experience
• ▹Minimum 3 years as Scrum Master at SM2 level or above
• ▹Led at least 2 production teams through full sprint cycles
• ▹Implemented data-driven continuous improvement initiatives
• ▹Coordinated cross-team work via Scrum-of-Scrums or PI Planning
• ▹Deep knowledge of the Scrum Guide and Agile Manifesto
• ▹Knowledge of facilitation techniques
• ▹Knowledge of systems thinking and process tailoring
• ▹Knowledge of team motivation and stakeholder engagement techniques
• ▹Knowledge of Agile metrics and dashboards
• ▹Tool proficiency in Azure DevOps (preferred) or Jira
• ▹PSM II (or higher) and SAFe 5/6 Agilist certification
• ▹Excellent command of English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS)
• ▹Knowledge of integrating SAFe and Kanban approaches
