Veeva Network Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• ▹Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and interviews with stakeholders to define business needs for Veeva Network and VOD integrations.
• ▹Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and process workflows.
• ▹Support data cleansing, matching and migration activities from Informatica to Veeva systems.
• ▹Define interface specifications and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
• ▹Validate business processes and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• ▹Consult with business teams on strategy and technical requirements, acting as a liaison with IT.
• ▹Facilitate quick resolution of end-user issues and support backlog refinement.
• ▹Contribute to solution design and implementation, and to testing and training materials.
• ▹Manage integration processes and interactions between linked initiatives, including timeline and milestone alignment.
• ▹Support SCRUM activities as a Subject Matter Expert.

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with Veeva VOD and Veeva Network tools in a pharmaceutical context.
• ▹Experience with data migration, preferably from Informatica to Veeva systems.
• ▹Strong understanding of pharma industry practices and regulatory requirements.
• ▹Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• ▹Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and facilitate cross-functional discussions.
• ▹Experience creating functional specifications, process mappings and UAT scripts.
• ▹Familiarity with integration management and SCRUM methodologies is a plus.
• ▹Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
