Senior SAP FI/CO Functional Analyst - Record-to-Report

Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with Finance Leadership and Business Process Owners to align SAP solutions with business strategy
• ▹Identify process improvement opportunities and transformation initiatives; support demand intake, prioritization, and roadmap planning
• ▹Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design; define end-to-end SAP Finance (RTR) architecture aligned with global templates
• ▹Design scalable solutions leveraging New GL and S/4HANA Finance capabilities
• ▹Ensure compliance with Bosch governance, financial regulations, and data protection standards
• ▹Translate business and master data needs into functional and technical specifications
• ▹Provide architectural oversight across development, configuration, and deployment; configure SAP FI/CO modules or guide configuration teams
• ▹Plan and oversee testing activities (SIT, UAT) aligned with Bosch release standards
• ▹Support data migration, cleansing, and conversion activities; drive documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer
• ▹Ensure smooth transition to support teams and stable operations; support issue resolution and root-cause analysis
• ▹Drive finance process standardization and global template improvements; identify automation and optimization opportunities

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
