Responsibilities

▹Design services, data models, pipelines and evaluation loops at the center of Kalepa's systems
▹Build reliable systems around fragmented but high-value data
▹Build an intelligence layer that supports better, faster and more explainable decisions
▹Drive projects to completion with minimal oversight

Requirements

▹8+ years of software engineering experience
▹Strong fundamentals in system design, debugging and problem-solving
▹Knowledge of Python (the main stack); strong candidates from other OO backgrounds are considered
▹Experience with serverless technologies (Lambda, EC2), asynchronous workflows and cloud environments
▹Comfortable with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL

Nice to have

▹Experience with LLMs and generative AI
▹Experience with distributed systems
